Deposit:
For bridal parties and special events with 2 or more people, a 50% deposit is required in order to reserve your date.
Payment in full:
The final Balance is due 2 weeks before the event date.
Accepted types of payment:
Cash, checks, and money orders made payable to Shemika Draughan are acceptable.
Travel Fee:
Locations more than 20 miles from Long Beach, Ca. will require an additional charge for travel.
Cancellations:
Once the deposit is made, if you must cancel your event, your deposit will be reimbursed only if cancellation is made at least 1 month (30 days) prior to the event. If cancellation is made after the 30 day cut off, the deposit will not be reimbursed.
Consultations:
Consultations are conducted Mon-Fri any time between 5pm and 9pm and on Saturdays between 10am and 2pm. the consultation is included in the bridal fee and is held at my location in Long Beach, Ca. If you need me to come to you there will be an additional $25 charge included in your final fee.
During the consultation we will work together to create your perfect bridal look. I suggest that you bring at least 3 photos of make-up/hair styles you like. Also, if you have any make-up or accessories that you would like to use feel free to bring them as well. I will take a digital photo of your finished look that will be emailed to you, and brought to use as a reference on the day of your wedding.
Special events and headshots:
Make-up application is done at my location or a location of your choice. There will be a charge for additional travel.
Additional services:
False lashes will be available and are encouraged as they add a special touch to your look. There is a $5 additional charge for lash application.
Hair extensions are also available at an additional charge. Please mention that you are interested in hair extensions before the initial consultation. This will allow me to prepare more options for you to consider.
